1. ✅ Service Scope

We provide A2A (Account-to-Account) payment solutions, enabling direct transfers between bank accounts via open banking APIs, including push and pull payment models.

2. 🚀 User Requirements

Users must be authorized account holders with valid bank credentials. By initiating payments, you confirm legal authority to operate the account.

3. 💳 Transactions & Pricing

You authorize the specified fund amount for transfer. Our service may include transaction fees. Any additional bank charges are your responsibility.

4. 🔐 Security & Compliance

We comply with PSD2, ISO 20022, and local open banking regulations. Bank-level encryption safeguards your data. You must enable strong customer authentication (SCA) when required.

5. ⚠️ Authorized vs. Unauthorized Payments

You are responsible for all authorized transactions. To dispute unauthorized activity, contact us and your bank promptly.

6. 📅 Settlement Time

Settlement depends on the payment rail used (e.g. SEPA, FPS, ACH). While many transfers are near-instant, some may take hours to days.

7. ❌ Cancellation Policy

Push payments can only be canceled before settlement confirmation. Pull payments or recurring transactions can be revoked only by contacting your bank directly.

8. 📂 Record Keeping & Reporting

You will receive transaction notifications and can access history via our dashboard or APIs. You are responsible for record keeping for reconciliation or compliance.

9. ⚖️ Limitation of Liability

We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid for the disputed transaction(s).

10. 🔁 Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. The latest version will be posted here with its effective date.
